We Got a Live One!
I think I have found another Male to indoctrinate into the knitting 'cult'! I was working with my Addi Turbos this weekend and their 'shininess' caught the eye of my friend Forrest. And when he found out they were 'turbo' needles - well what guy doesn't like high-performance tools! So I showed him how to cast on and we briefly covered the knit stitch. Maybe (definitely) he was goofing around and angling for some laughs, but when I saw him again today, he did remember the terminology. He dreams of making a hat with a skull & crossbones on it. My friend Anna (and Forrest's DG) has been wanting to learn to knit also. They may join me at the coffee shop some night this week for lessons.
